Terms and Conditions for Free One-on-One Consultation 1. Purpose of the Consultation The free one-on-one consultation is designed to provide you with an introductory session to discuss your wellness goals and to explore how our services may support you. This session is informational and does not constitute a commitment to ongoing services. 2. Eligibility This free consultation is offered to first-time clients only. Existing clients or those who have previously booked a consultation session may not be eligible. 3. Booking and Availability Consultations are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings can be made through our website, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time and date. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for future complimentary sessions. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during the consultation is treated with strict confidentiality.
