  1. One key acupressure point is located on the ulnar side of the forearm, specifically near the wrist along the wrist crease and towards the little finger. Known as Heart Meridian or HT7, stimulating this point through applied pressure can effectively alleviate palpitation, anxiety, and sleeplessness. By addressing these concerns, you can diminish your sensitivity to pain.

  2. PC6, situated at the wrist crease in the middle of your forearm, can be located by measuring almost three fingers from the wrist towards the elbow on the front side. This point not only aids in alleviating anxiety but also provides relief from nausea and vomiting.

  6. SB6, positioned on the inside of the leg, is found three finger widths above the ankle. This acupressure point can be utilized to address pain related to menstruation or insomnia. Improving sleep quality may contribute to a reduction in pain perception.

  7. L40, located in the hollow between the hamstring muscles on the back of the knee, can be employed to address leg cramps, sciatica, and even back pain.

  8. KI3 is found in the hollow between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon on the inside of the ankle. This acupressure point can be utilized to address low back pain, sleeplessness, and urinary issues.

  9. GB20 is located in the depression between the upper part of the sternocleidomastoid muscle (neck muscle) and the trapezius muscle, near the base of the skull. This acupressure point can be utilized to alleviate neck pain, headaches, and even vertigo.

  10. LV3 is positioned between the second and big toes on the top of the foot, and it can be employed to address headaches, stomach pain, and pain associated with menstruation.
